Our Cakes

All are cakes and fillings are home-made using the finest quality ingredients. We offer a choice of :-

· Rich Fruit cake with/out brandy

·  Sponge Cake

(Chocolate, Coffee, Lemon, Orange and Lemon,  Chocolate and Orange, Vanilla,  Fruit and Almond)  filled with jam and/or  buttercream (in a variety of flavours) or Chocolate ganache.

We can also cater for special dietary requirements.

 

Try one of our favourite combinations:

· Rich dark chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache and bailey’s cream liqueur..

· Orange Sponge infused with orange and grand marnier syrup. Layered with orange marmalade and orange buttercream..

 

Covered in marzipan and/or sugarpaste with handmade crafted figures or flowers.
